Meet Kristy Beagle, a seasoned yoga instructor who’s been guiding classes across Cincinnati studios and events for over 5 years. With a personal practice dating back to 2013, Kristy offers a dynamic range of styles—from energizing vinyasa and Iron Hour to grounding yin and slow flow, in both heated and non-heated spaces.

Her classes are known for their inclusive, joyful energy. Every person and every experience level is welcome. Kristy believes movement should spark joy and that yoga is truly for everyone.

When she’s not on the mat, Kristy works as a freelance marketer, logs miles as an avid runner, and dedicates time to rescuing pups with Schnauzer Rescue Cincinnati alongside her husband.

Helen has called the Cincinnati area home for the past 15 years and loves nothing more than getting outside for a run or walk, on roads and trails. She’s a big believer in the power of movement—not just for staying physically healthy, but for boosting mental wellbeing too. Running has brought her a sense of community and connection, both as a member of the local women’s running group MTRR/SRTT and as a co-leader of Trail Sisters Cincinnati Chapter.

Sarah Simon is the founder of the Cincinnati Eastside Running Group.  Since launching this free local running community over a decade ago, it has helped countless individuals to train for a myriad of races, from 5ks to ultramarathons.  Additionally, the group has been a source of community, camaraderie and charitable giving. 

Sarah is also the founder of UpLift Cincy, a wellness brand with a mission of bringing community and connection through meaningful movement.  As a function of UpLift Cincy, Sarah and her team offers personal, small and large group training sessions and women's wellness retreats. 

Sarah is supported by her husband, Scott, and three school aged children, Will, Audrey and Norah.
